A.Use and characteristics:

Will not change its chemical composition, especially for pe film, pvc film, po film, waterproof material (polypropylene) and other materials granulation and recycling, can solve the manufacturers of side material accumulation and side material pieces of online granulation.

B.the structure of the machine is composed of the following parts: extrusion mechanism, granulation mechanism, feeding – cooling mechanism.

C, the working principle :1, and film machine linkage: in the process of film making machine film, send out the film edges and corners of the film is sent to the pelletising machine traction mechanism. The mechanism cuts into uniform particles and is sucked in by the feeding cooling mechanism and sent out as a cooling pipe, and finally to the customer’s collection device to complete the recycling of waste materials.2. For slitting machine: the cut edge materials are rolled up on the core in an orderly manner and sent into the granulator in rolls for granulation.

D. Precautions: 1 . After purchasing the machine, in order to use it effectively and reasonably, and to prevent unnecessary injuries caused by violating the operating requirements, the operator should pay attention to the signs on the machine, and the earth wire should be reliably grounded. 2. Before the machine is run, make sure the glass guard is intact and installed in place. 3. It is strictly prohibited to open the glass guard during machine operation to prevent serious accidents.3. When parts need to be replaced after a long time of use, such as the traction mechanism, extrusion mechanism, pelletising mechanism, etc., the cutter gap and the screw must be checked for metal residues after installation to prevent damage to the blades and damage to the barrel.4. It is strictly prohibited to put all the tools or objects on the machine table to prevent the vibration from slipping into the machine or bringing the film sent into the machine table. 5, it is strictly prohibited to hand, body, clothing near or touch the wheel and other moving parts.

E.Machine operation:
1, start the machine first check the clearance between the cutter and the mould, whether it can be used normally, whether the blade is damaged;
2, the cutter motor frequency to zero, slowly cutter motor inverter frequency from 0Hz to 50Hz;
3, start the first level fan, second level fan, observe whether the cyclone separation bag is bulging, the lower receiving port can receive material;
4, save the rotation of the cutter, start the first level feeding motor and the second level cooling fan, start the host frequency converter, adjust the frequency from 0Hz to 50Hz.
5,Feed the film material into the traction mechanism, adjust the traction speed, keep the motor current at 21A (press the left and right direction keys on the inverter panel to adjust the display current A)
6,In order to protect the main motor, when the current reaches 21 when the main motor will automatically stop traction, when the current drops to 18A will automatically start to maintain the balance of motor current will be more efficient
7, check the size of the cutting particles, if it is too thick that the cutter motor speed is too slow, increase the frequency of the cutter motor, speed up the cutter speed; if it is too thin that the cutter motor speed is too fast, reduce the frequency of the cutter motor, reduce the cutting speed.

F.Simple troubleshooting:
1, when the left and right embossing wheel wrapped with film: stop traction, use the upper feed port of the blade in the blade can be lowered position along the embossing groove to cut material, with an iron needle to pick out the material, with a pointed pull the mouth pliers, and then adjust the frequency converter reversal and pull the material out of the downstream. When removing the waste material, be careful not to roll the cutter into the machine.
2. When the machine current is too large, the host inverter is dead, you should turn off the host switch, restart the inverter, and then tap the reverse motor to turn out the jammed material (pay attention to the contact between the traction mechanism and the material), and then restart the host motor.
3,The embossing wheel and cutting knife should be replaced in time when they are worn out.
4. When there is any cutting material in the cutting granule, please check the cutter and readjust the cutter.

G.Maintenance of the machine:
1、When the machine needs to stop, the material inside the screw must be cleaned up for the next start-up.
2.Cleaning and sanitation treatment:
(1) Open the glass guard after stopping the machine
(2) Check the embossing wheel, the gap between the cutter and the mould, if there is any waste material should be cleaned up
(3) Use the blade to scrape the waste material in the knife set and blow it clean with compressed air.
